With a heart to train the students for Industry and an experience of 14 years from Industry & Academics at various locations and historic cities of country, with 3 years Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology ( MSBTE ) & B.Tech Degree in Hotel Management & Catering Technology ( Nagpur University ), Hamilton's interest in Wines, has lead him to do self studies on wine production and its nature by creating wines through traditional and indigenous methods and in continuation to this he is also pursuing M.Sc. – Wine Brewing & Alcohol Technology ( Pune University ).
Hamilton wishes to remain in Hospitality Academics, as he believes "the more you share knowledge, the more it grows within" and hence, would like to utilize his experiences and knowledge for development of self and society. He loves visiting vineyards, ancient monuments, forts, and cooking.
