It is a five year course comprising of ten semesters on completion of which a student earns a graduate degree in law. This course is designed to acquaint a student with the conceptual and operational parameters of general principles of law and its operation in the society.These courses help to understand how central and state governments function and how legislations are enacted and enforced. Apart from the traditional ways like lecture, assignments etc teaching pedagogy will cover up most up-to-date methods such as research, case studies, presentations and discussions.

Eligibility Criteria: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) qualification with a minimum of 60% in any discipline from a recognised board. Admission will be given based either on the CLAT/ LSAT scorecard or the JLU University Entrance Exam followed by Personal Interview.
