An astute kitchen Professional with a bouquet of experiences at various levels, from Industry to Academics. Started his career from The Oceanique Resort, Goa as Management Trainee and travelled through Clarion the Beach, Goa. , Jupiter luxury Resort & Spa, Goa, Sous Chef in Oakwood Residence Pune, Executive Chef in Hotel Rajmahal, Guwahati. Chandrakant made his entry into Hospitality academics from Suresh Gyan Vihar University (School of Hotel Management), Jaipur and in Wings Institute of Hospitality Management & Catering Studies, Chandigarh and also achieved Two -Limca book of Records – Heaviest Egg Less Pie (2013) and Heaviest & Largest Vegetable Au Gratin (2014).

Chandrakant is an expert in Continental Cuisine and handling a diverse range of operations in the Kitchen, with training the students to be chefs not Cooks. He possesses sound knowledge of various computer software's including IDS, Knowledge Basic, DOS Environment & Windows and has strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
