Course Objectives:

The basic agenda of LL.M. is to provide an academically rich atmosphere to the students so as to enable them to gather deeper insight into specific fields of Corporate & IP law. The course intends to prepare the students for academic and research field as well as to foster the professional needs of a law graduate.

 About the course:

The post-graduate course in law is aimed at providing advanced education and training to law graduates. The curriculum is diligently designed to cater to the needs of the students. 


Career Path:

The candidate has vast opportunity in academic sector after completion of the one-year LL.M. course. Apart from academics, one may also apply for Public Sector Undertakings (as legal trainees) via CLAT-LLM examination.

Eligibility Criteria: GraAdmission to a postgraduate degree at the School of Law, JLU Bhopal requires an undergraduate degree in Law from an institute affiliated to a university or any university recognized by UGC/BCI, with a minimum of 50% marks or its equivalent. Admission will be on the basis of CLAT score card and a Personal Interview. For students who have not appeared for the CLAT examination, a separate University entrance exam shall be conducted. Students will be required to either clear the CLAT exam or the University entrance exam followed by a Personal Interview round. However, a separate University form will have to be submitted. Candidates appearing for their relevant eligibility examination are also eligible to apply for admission.
